Cozy clean cabin, just right!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful cabin! Had all the cookware we could possibly need, the beds were all comfy, and the washer and dryer worked wonderful! We used the grill and hot tub all worked good and just a short drive to spearfish which was our favorite place to visit. Will definitely be staying again if available for next time. Thank you!

Week long stay up at Terry Peak area

We really enjoyed our stay, The property was extremely nice and clean, We used the hot tub multiple times after riding our UTV all day, Not far from Lead and Deadwood, We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend people to stay at this property and if we decided to stay again out there we will try to reserve this one. Overall the cabin was ok. Location was good and clean. Only thing that would need improvement would be the AC, definitely new beds and the WIFI connection. The AC- the AC couldn’t keep up with the house at all over the weekend, it was set at 70 degrees and would never be colder than 85 in the house, with it being summer that is a problem. The beds are extremely overdue for being replaced. There were comments in their experience books about them being replaced back in 2018. The WIFI never once worked and the only answer I was getting all weekend was “they were working on it”. In today’s time, WIFI is a big issue when it is not working.

Annual Family Vacation

My husband, daughter, grandson, granddaughter and I had a 4-night getaway to the Black Hills (our favorite place to vacation). We have rented various VRBO homes in the Black Hills and have enjoyed each of them. The Triple R was no exception. It had just enough space for all of us and we enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and wildlife. We weren't able to figure out how to run either of the DVD players (the one upstairs was missing an entire cable), but we didn't come to sit and watch movies, so it wasn't that important. Just thought I'd bring it to the owner's attention for your next guests. We don't have anything but good to say about our stay. Thank you!

Triple R Cabin Terry Peak

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, property and property management. Incredibly clean! A quiet Black Hills neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. At 7,100 feet, the air was cool and clean and fresh, even in mid-July. It was a great experience and would definitely stay again!

A Great Place

We all seemed to think the property was going to be more isolated than what it was. I’m not sure why we did, but everyone in our group had that idea. So we were all surprised to find neighbors next door and across the road. With that being said, the home itself was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly! It was very clean when we arrived and everything was in working order. We were able to get right into the cabin and had no issues the entire duration of our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Very nice and clean property

We had 2 couples staying for the weekend and this was a great home. It was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The communication with the property manager via text and email was outstanding. We had all of the information we needed prior to arrival which made things extremely simple.

Cabin was nice and had everything that we needed for our stay! Downstairs bed could have been more comfortable! It would be beneficial to have a video on the website regarding hot tub maintenance, etc. A flexzila hose to use to fill up the hot tub would work a lot better than the hose that was there.

Family ski trip

The location of this property is good, but there are many other VRBOs within the same area. I have stayed in many VRBOs and the positive review of this place would be the parking area is great, nice kitchen and 2nd floor bedrooms and seating. The bad part is the terrible king bed in the master room. A new mattress and bedding is very much so needed. The couch and chairs in the family room are very uncomfortable and hard to relax on and watch tv. The hot tub was nice and large but the water quality was poor. I followed all the instructions on how to take care of the hot tub but the water was very cloudy colored. I would only recommend this place if it was the last place available around that Terry Peak area.

Lovely house, great ski location

We've stayed at Terry Peak before but, it was our first time renting this house. Location was great, house was perfect size and the hot tub was convenient for winter use. The only draw back was no TV in the bedrooms, no biggie though. I also only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because some of the dishes in the cupboard needed to be washed before used and there were no dishwasher tabs, therefore I washed by hand.
