The unit had not been cleared prior to our arrival. For a 5pm check in, which is the latest check in time I have ever encountered with a vacation stay, this is unacceptable. Furnishings were dated and worn, and not in line with price paid.

The kitchen was dirty. Very poorly supply there was dirty laundry in the dryer. There was cable TV cables across the door in the bathroom, making them a trip hazard.

There were problems finding the condo because the unit number on the email could be read as 12, but was actually I--2. A hyphen was needed. There were no coat hangers in any of the closets. The tv was slow and buffered often .

Overall, excellent stay. My wife, son, and fiance', and I stayed. We were going to Oktoberfest in Leavenworth, WA. The unit was very clean and was about .7 miles from downtown and the celebration venue. So, an easy walk to and from town after drinking at night.

I didn't care for the call check-in and check-out. I was there for work but wasnt allowed to have work buddies over at all after work, not even to wash up before going out to eat. The doors were locked when i got there then on my last day the back door was unlocked so i think someone was inside while i was at work. The shower had hair in it, laundry was left in the dryer and there was frozen blood across the bottom of the freezer. I've stayed in 3 other condos in the complex and this was the only one i will not stay at again

Several light bulbs were burned out. The garage door access code did not work b/c battery was likely dead. Finding Bldg I was a bit of a challenge - it was not well marked on the Building and it was not indicted on the map.

Cozy but a bit disappointing for the price

Overall we did like this spot. I've stayed in several units in this condominium complex, and this one was well-furnished and comfortable. It was badly in need of a deep clean though - cobwebs and dust on the vanity lights, and window tracks full of dirt and dead bugs. The box fans provided (which the property manager could not confirm existed, so we bought our own on the way) were caked with dust. And there was a used band aid stuck to a pipe in one of the showers.The place was otherwise good enough that this wouldn't deter me from staying here again in the future, but certainly not for over 400 a night!

Great location and super comfortable

I absolutely loved this location and the condo was adorable and super comfortable to stay in. It was well set up and easy to spend time on. The only thing I wish I had realized is that the unit is i2, not 12. I had a difficult time finding the unit when we first arrived.

Alpine Oasis

We chose ti stay in a condo here. It was close to downtiwn so we didnt need to worry about driving. The condo was very clean. There were a few minor things like a burned out light bulb and a loose door on vanity but the furnishings and appliances were very nice. We would recommend staying here.

Wonderful escape

We stayed here to have a little bit of a home base while we were in town for a charity event. It was away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Leavenworth, so it was very quiet. The condo was great. And had everything we needed to feel right at home! The communications between myself and the hosts was amazing. They even called right after I booked to confirm and we're very prompt with replying!

A place to lay your head

Condo needs lots of updates. But was comfortable. Was centrally located to all family who was with us which made it easy for shared meals. I would list a few suggestions but not enough space to type what I would like.

Icicle Cillage getaway

Overall location was nice but the unit is tucked away down a path and around the corner. Nice little patio and grassy area for our pup. The condo is a little tired but the owners go extra on bedding, towels and amenities in the condo. It was perfect for our needs since we were only cooking breakfast and lunch
