We were taken back when we pulled in. The entrance is just a door into a rectangular building. No elevator. Nothing too exciting. The room appears to be in the process of renovation. Some things could be updated quickly and inexpensively.

Breakfast wasn't great, but it's a hotel breakfast, so NBD. The floors in our hotel room, on the other hand , were so filthy that when my kids were walking/crawling around on them their hands and knees turned black. They needed to be wiped down before going to bed. In the morning we covered the floors in the blankets so that they could move around prior to our next drive. Everything else was mediocre. Maybe slightly below average. I wouldn't really complain. But the floors made the entire experience horrible.

After our experience at the Quality Inn in Portland, ME, we were a little nervous. But this Quality Inn was clean with spacious rooms Very nice

I forgot to ask for a 1st floor room/handicap room. They put me on the 2nd floor. They did not have an elevator. However, they, or another guest, thankfully carried my walker up the flight of stairs. My room was clean. The eating area was clean. The banister going up stairs needs to be cleaned or painted. Some of the furniture looks like needs repairs or replacement. I'd stay there again if I need to.

Never Again

We have family nearby and have classified this as Never Again. Broken door locks, tiny bathroom, blocked sink drain, demon-possessed shower controls spontaneously changing from freezing to scalding several times, not a single chair in room except for old, worn desk chair. No restaurants nearby. Poorly marked entrance road, esp at night.

Recommendation for comfortable sitting

The room presented well but I guess it would have been nice to have to comfortable chairs to sit in to watch TV or just to sit & chat. Trying to get comfortable sitting on the bed was not successful for either of us! Thank you

Our room was missing furniture, like the dresser. It smelled slightly moldy and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. We stayed 3 nights and I had to go down and request fresh towels each day
