We loved our stay. The house very comfortably accommodated the 10 of us. We loved the large sectional and spent a lot of time congregating in the kitchen but most of our time was spent on the lanai. We soaked in the hot tub, watched college football at the tiki bar and relaxed on the outdoor chairs. The house was very clean with ample towels and very comfy beds. There were so many extras like games, karaoke machine and floats for the pool! The host was wonderful as well. Easy to contact and friendly.

We had a group of golfers stay here for a trip to Citrus Farms, just 30 mins away. There was plenty of room for our group in the kitchen, living room and outside at the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was great and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful house and backyard

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for three families to share the home and the three king beds were wonderful for the parents. The kids loved sharing the bunk room. Back patio area and pool were amazing! Location was great for day trips to Rainbow Springs and Crystal River for scalloping. We will be back!

Book this place!

I was planning a vacation for a multigenerational family reunion, where nearly every day would be spent hanging around the house, and we had a LOT of questions. First, Renee was great to work with, very patient, and incredibly accommodating. We had a few minor issues within the house which she went over and above in helping to resolve. The biggest issue, unfortunately, was the hot tub didn't work, and that was one of the main reasons we chose this house...however, Renee was quick and willing to find workarounds, and she even ordered a new hot tub to ensure that wouldn't be a problem for future guests. The house is so beautiful and spacious, and filled with everything you need to feel like the comforts of home - stocked kitchen (including a spice cabinet), bathroom amenities, robes and throws, games for the kids, pool toys, etc. The beds were SO comfortable, and the outdoor area offered so much space for eating, relaxing, and hanging out by the pool. Thank you Renee...we will definitely be back!

Great place

Great place to stay. Lots of room. Host was great and very responsive. The only issues I had was that the outside lights didn’t work and it was very dark. She sent someone over immediately. Also we paid to have the hot tub heater on and it was cold. Once again she took care of it immediately and made it right. We would love to stay here again.

A week in paradise

Everything about this stay was absolutely phenomenal! Host covered all the bases you can imagine. This house truly felt like home. We cannot wait to come back here next year. Our children loved spending as much time in the pool as they possibly could (a ton of pool floats and toys were also provided!). When they weren’t in the pool they relaxed in their room watching massive tv’s or playing one of the numerous games provided. The beds are the most COMFORTABLE beds I have ever slept on. The pillows were just perfect. Literally everything about our stay was perfection and we could not have asked for better. We really enjoyed the provided food recommendations as well. The house is pretty centrally located but feels like you are tucked away, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Host was very responsive and super friendly!

The most helpful thing I can say is that you will never regret your decision to stay here! If this fits your needs, then save yourself the time and just book it - stop looking at other homes. The home is exactly as described, well appointed, and was the perfect home base for our family scalloping trip.

Awesomeness

We wanted a rental where our three families would have enough space and entertaining things to do. We certainly found what we were looking for!! Age ranges for the young ones were 18,14,11,6 and 5 and they all had a great time especially in the pool. There was plenty of space for the eleven of us to eat, sleep, and play games in this spacious and beautiful home. We all would highly recommend it!!

Great neighborhood and beautiful house. Great landscaping swimming pool and hot tub. Plenty of room and all the beds were great. Every thing you need is probably there. Stores and restaurants are close by and the owners are fantastic and very easy to get in touch with if you need to. Had a blast planning next trip already. .

TOP OF OUR LIST FAMILY VACATION

I take my family on vacation every year. I always book through VRBO and this home surpasses all the others I have booked. Usually there is 9 of us, however since my son just recently got engaged there was 12 of us. This house was perfect for this many people! The home is very well laid out for each family fo have privacy and at the same time have quality time together. The location was excellent for different adventures. One day we kayaked at Crystal River and saw several manatees. Great family experience. We were only 1 hour 20 minutes from Orlando and spent a day at SeaWorld. The rest of our vacation was spend enjoying this beautiful home. If we decide to visit this area again we will definitely book this home again. The home owner was so easy to work with and very helpful about the area. (Ren you could charge more for this home. ;). The White Family

Beyond our expectations!

This was the perfect home for our family. Very clean, and very well-kept. The house was so spacious, we weren't crowded at all. The host quickly responded to us during the booking process to answer any questions. The outside area was fabulous, the pool and hot tub were clean and they even had many amenities. It was close to grocery stores and easy to get to and had plenty of parking. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book with them again!
