Beautiful apartment with heated swimming pool from 15 April to 15 October, perfectly located 15 minutes walk from the magnificent Cala Rossa beach and close to Porto Vecchio as well as other renowned beaches in the region. The apartment, quiet and without overlooking neighbours, is located in a lovely private and secure residence with large landscaped and flowered spaces and a very large 350 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols; A private parking with a reserved space is also at your disposal.



This beautiful apartment renovated in 2022 is located on the 1st and last floor, quiet and without overlooking neighbours. Very bright, it opens onto a large terrace with a view of the garden and pine forest. The entire apartment is carefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The terrace also has quality furniture with an electric barbecue. The living room/kitchen opens onto the terrace; The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom equipped with 1 large double bed (queen size - 160 cm) with direct access to the terrace and a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds.

The shower room / WC is comfortable.
