The staff were great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. In the seb description, it looked like there was a restaurant on site unfortunately not. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The location was out of the way of town and we would have preferred to be in walking distance

The Hotel noted to have been kept very clean during our 4 night stay. During our stay we had a maintenance and safety concern, our front door wasn't latching properly. We always ensure our door is shut and secure when staying away in a hotel prior to leaving. However, we had housekeeping come in, who did not realize that the door didn't latch properly, and they ended up leaving our hotel suite open until we had arrived back later in the night. The staff I addressed this concern with offered to switch us to another room, however it was not ideal during that time of day. This particular staff memeber did not submit this report to maintenance. The following morning I brought forward my concern, the lady in which I spoke with immediately got in touch with maintenance and made arrangements to have it fixed that same day which I was satisfied with. Additionally, part of the hotel experience is getting to use the pool, however their were hygienic and health concerns that prevented us from using the pool leaving us really disappointed. The pool was murky each and every day we took a look at it. For being a brand new hotel, this sholud not be an issue. Murky pools can lead to harmful bacteria which sholud be addressed accordingly so other guests shouldn't have to miss out. I think that this hotel has potential to be a great place to stay but they still have changes needing to be made before they can achieve that.

It was a pleasant stay. Loved that hot beverage was available but did not like that it was not replenished before the day was over. Also would be more convenient to pay online by credit card or by credit or debit at the time of check-in
