Booked for overnight stop. Convenient location for city centre, next to Royal Amouries Museum, also by Water Taxi Stop. Room clean and simple as expected. Room was a bit on the warm side, couldn't suss out how to drop the temperature. Breakfast great, plenty of choice, food nicely cooked. Fruit / cereals etc. Small point to improve, fruit cereals etc were tucked round a corner, signage not obvious as slightly obscured by a pillar

Good decision to stay

I struggled to find a hotel with parking as I had a rental car. In the end,I chose this one and it was perfect. Easy to find, parking right beside it and the price for both the room and parking was reasonable (£8 for the parking) We arrived really really late and it wasn't a problem. They offered us a late check out but we didn't need it. Bed was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was actually really good (fresh croissant was delicious, no wonder they ran out lol ) All staff were friendly & chatty which I think was really nice. I would stay again. Next time I'll visit the armoury museum next door and avail of the water taxi into town.

Great place to stay and kind receptionists. :-D

I had external issues and stress but my welcome was amazing Lauren was extremely warm and welcoming. Having two key cards is much better than some places because you don't walk in and run the risk banging into things. Breakfast is highly recommended I would advise to note that during busy times to wait a few minutes there are brilliant staff who keep on top of things re; kitchen and replenishing not to mention the quick table cleaning for the next guest. Room extremely clean, comfortable and homely I don't want to leave especially with the aforementioned external issue but (unfortunately got no name) the check out lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and highly recommended especially as it is based at Leeds Docks. Also people are helpful and friendly which is a bonus and a brilliant place for scenery and shopping.

Pleasant surprise

Great central location, with nearby car park (discounted rate for hotel guests). Small bar and restaurant on site, serving a good buffet breakfast. Room was comfy and clean, with free Wi-Fi available - good signal in room. Friendly staff. First time at a HIE and would stay again.

All you need from a hotel.

Good hotel could not fault anything free breakfast too if you are visiting the Royal Armouries it’s right next door close to town centre and discounted parking just around the corner what more could you ask for ,it said double bed in the info but it was big enough for 4people.

Enjoyable stay in Leeds

We had a wonderful stay, staff were excellent, special mention to Addie on reception who was a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was good quality, with everything you could need to set you up for the day.Hotel is a couple of hundred yards from the Armouries museum and the same distance from the canal tow path along which you can walk into Leeds centre shopping in about 10 mins.
