We like this hotel however this particular time the outside front entrance was unkept with garbage overflowing out of both bins. The pool needs a deep cleaning. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

All staff and guests alike were very very friendly. The bar area was always lively but not too loud. The location was perfect! Dining spots, grocery store and anything else u could think of all in walking distance. I would highly recommend the Brownwood hotel. You won’t be disappointed!
