Family Trip

The hotel has a very bad odor, our ac unit was left torn apart, the sleeper sofa was left open, a dresser drawer and coat hanger was broken with the pieces left in the room. The room phone was out of service. The pool area was dirty, old out dated and broken furniture. Glad it was just a one night stay. Would recommend staying elsewhere. Hotel staff were uninterested in our room concerns.

After staying in the room for a few hours, my daughter and I were both bitten by fleas in the hotel room. I was able to catch one and I have photos of it. We checked out of the hotel immediately. The fifth floor hallway and our room had a damp musty smell, although my wife and daughter couldn’t smell it.

These rooms floors were disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable made out of metal at the bottom. on the floor with white socks, my socks were black on the bottom that is disgusting.

My family arrived Monday August 4th 2025 at 3pm. A storm came through about an hour later to hour n a half. Storm blown elevator completely out. We were located on 4th floor. I have a 9 month old baby. Management seemed very cheap didn't have someone evaluate elevators till next day. I was carrying. . .my 9 month old pluse stroller up and down 4 floors. This was an unsafe situation. I asked to be moved at least to second floor. Was told couldn't accommodate me. Was told by staff a 20% refund or some kinda refund would be towards my bill for the inconvenience. I have not seen anything. This review will definitely go on my social media for the entire company. We honestly go to companies who care about paying customers and this company doesn't care. Was horrible. Staff great but management terrible.
