This beautiful, spacious holiday home in the classic Simmental chalet style for up to 6 people is located at what is probably the most beautiful valley end in the Bernese Oberland, near the Simmen Falls in the beautiful village of Lenk im Simmental. From Lenk you have various options, whether by car, bus or train (e.g. with the Panorama Express) to explore the area and hot spots of the region. The sophisticated town of Gstaad is about 35 km away, the world-famous Swiss cheese town of Gruyères is 60 km away and the beautiful capital of Bern is around 80 km away. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor, surrounded by the impressive mountains such as the Wildstrubel, the Ammertenhorn and the Wildhorn. The pet-friendly apartment offers a large living room, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. From the living room you have access to a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The beautiful hiking paradise offers a wide range for every taste and fitness level, Bsw. the themed hiking trails Alpenblumenweg and the Murmeli as well as the Luchstrail or the path to «D"Sibe Brünne (the seven fountains)» - the source of the Simme, which gives the valley its name. The town of Lenk im Simmental offers various events and tourist highlights throughout the year, such as the AlpKultur Days. There really is something for everyone, let yourself be inspired!

Een net en ruim appartement de eigenaresse kon niet aanwezig zijn bij onze aankomst. De buurvrouw was er en zij had een brood voor ons gebakken en deze was heerlijk. De eigenaresse en de buurvrouw zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. De slaapkamer was ruim, de matras was goed zodat we heerlijk hebben geslapen. We hadden een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en vanaf de weg zag je op loopafstand een waterval. We zijn geregeld, ook met onze hond die kant op gelopen waar we heerlijk konden wandelen ook richting het dorp. Een mooie omgeving waar je alle kanten op kunt en zeker ook richting verschillende watervallen.

Het huis is zeer comfortabel, met alles erop en eraan. Goede matrassen, dus heerlijk slapen. Splinternieuwe badkamer met een heerlijke douche. Gezellige woonkamer en practische keuken. Prettig terras, met heerlijk grasveld en schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. Veel wandelingen kunnen maken in de buurt. Kortom voor ons was het een ideale vakantie en ook de hond heeft ook genoten. Nach anstrengender, langen Anreise sind wir froh gewesen in der gemütlichen FEWO angekommen zu sein. Jährlich fahren wir in die Schweiz zum Wandern. Das gewählte Haus im wohl schönsten Talabschluss im Berner Oberland liegt ruhig in herrlicher Landschaft. Wir haben schon mehrfach gebucht.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, het huisje is ietwat gedateerd maar ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft prima bedden. De omgeving is erg mooi maar de ligging is niet echt centraal als je uitstapjes wilt maken soms 2,5 uur rijden voor een bestemming die hemelsbreed ruim 8 km. verderop is. O, als je van vliegen houdt (de beestjes...) dan zit je hier uitstekend! Het adres op de site klopt net niet helemaal TomTom vindt 'm niet, Google maps wel omdat die creatiever is.
