Tucked away in a sunny mountain meadow and surrounded by forest, this private luxury tent offers a peaceful escape on 180 acres of wilderness. Located just a short walk from two picturesque ponds, you`ll enjoy a unique combination of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty.

Inside, the spacious tent features a comfortable queen bed and two additional cots, making it perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Solar power provides lighting, a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and induction cooktop, allowing you to enjoy modern conveniences while still experiencing the simplicity of off-grid living.

Step outside to relax around the fire pit, cook on the grill, enjoy meals at the picnic table, or simply unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The nearby ponds are perfect for relaxing by the water, wildlife watching, or letting your dogs enjoy a swim.

Guests have access to miles of private mountain terrain, including trails, streams, forests, and scenic areas throughout the property. With only three campsites spread across the entire 180 acres, you`ll enjoy exceptional privacy and a true sense of escape.

Please bring your own bedding, including sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. The campsite utilizes solar power and a composting toilet. Drinking water is not provided, so guests should bring their own water for drinking and cooking.

A high-clearance 4WD vehicle is recommended due to the steep mountain roads leading to the campsite.

Whether you`re roasting marshmallows by the fire, watching the stars emerge over the meadow, or exploring the property`s hidden trails and ponds, Mountain Meadow Escape is designed for those seeking relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable memories in nature.
Welcome! This is off-grid camping, so a few things are genuinely different here - please read these before you arrive:

- Check-in 2:00 PM / Check-out 12:00 PM.
- Up to 4 guests, matching your reservation.
- Bring your own bedding - sheets, blankets and pillows are not provided.
- Bring your own drinking water - there is no potable water on site.
- Pack out all your rubbish. There is no bin collection here.

Fire safety, which matters most on a wooded site:

- Keep grills at least 10 feet from the tent at all times.
- Grills are never permitted on the deck, under any circumstances.
- Never leave a fire unattended, and put it fully out before you sleep or leave.

The rest:

- Quiet hours 10:00 PM-8:00 AM.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the site.
- Pets welcome. Please clean up after them.

On your way out, please leave the side windows open so the tent doesn`t overheat, and leave the site as you found it.

Staying past check-out without approval is charged as one additional night at your nightly rate.
