Luxury duplex apartment of 170 m2 in a beautiful chalet in Crans.

A 3-minute walk from the golf course, close to the resort centre and 100 metres from the ski bus.

In a chalet atmosphere, this luxurious flat with magnificent mountain views comprises a large living room with fireplace opening onto a private garden and adjoining terrace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 1 balcony terrace.

Facilities include a sauna, laundry room, indoor parking and ski lockers.

In a ‘mountain chalet’ atmosphere, made entirely of wood and glass, you'll spend your holidays in a magnificent duplex, comprising a welcoming living room, open onto the garden, with his fully glazed dining area overlooking the mountains.

The two terraces and private garden will allow you to have lunch, work outside under the awning, or take the children sledging!

The kitchen is separate, but opens onto the living room. It is, of course, fully equipped.

The living room includes a magnificent corner sofa, with its meridian, which doubles as a sofa bed.

The ground floor has its own guest toilet.

On the first floor, there are four large, cosy chalet-style bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding.

Each with its own original decor, bright and quiet, not overlooked.

All have windows, of course, and two of them open onto a magnificent terrace with panoramic views of the mountains.

All have plenty of cupboard space, and the materials used are top quality, with an emphasis on wood and glass.

The master bedroom is luminous with its double window, access to the terrace and a triple mirrored wardrobe for Madame.

The children's bedroom has a triple bunk bed.

The second bedroom has its own washbasin, built into a cupboard.

Two bathrooms with toilets complete this comfortable floor.

An extra cot is available, as well as a high chair.

The chalet has a cosy sauna area shared by the 4 large flats.

The flat has its own parking space under the chalet, as well as a private laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

All the accommodation is private.

I will of course be available by watsap , but the person who does the entry/exit lives in the resort and will be able to provide all the necessary help .

Close to the golf course

The chalet is a 15/20 minute walk from the centre of Crans Montana , via the golf course ; 5 minutes by car or by the free resort shuttle which is 100 metres from the chalet .

We are a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe.

During your stay at this chalet, you'll be within walking distance of Bisse du Ro Trailhead. Features include laundry facilities.
