It is an older establishment but seems to be well maintained. It has a very nice English style pub,.but unfortunately it was only open on Friday and Saturday, but we had a very nice breakfast there in the morning. Its a small town business, so if you arrive late be prepared to call someone to be checked in. Fortunately there was a gentleman inside and opened up for us as soon as he saw us. Very freindly and quick check-in and free parking around back of the hotel. Lots of shopping malls within a 30 second to 3 minute walk and restaurants within steps of the front door. Great location.

Traffic noise makes it hard to sleep, if you are sensitive to it, make sure you dont get the room beside the road. I would recommend to check if tax is included in the hotel fee. Bus trips to airport is limited, planning is CRITICAL.

Ended up arriving later than expected to find no staff at the desk (beyond the 3:30 cut-off). Front doors locked and no answer on the phone to call. Turns out there were instructions (thru expedia) for the need to call if you were to be late. Once they called back (and someone let me in to the lobby) i was able to get a key to a room. After that it was smooth sailing. I was uncertain of the area around the hotel but as my stay progressed I realized it to be busy and safe. Surrounded by malls, restaurants and a grocery nearby. Interesting things to look at near the port a couple blocks away. Overall a comfortable stay. Breakfast available each morning.

Das Hotel verfügt über wenige eigene Parkplätze. Mein Zimmer zur Strasse war etwas laut. Die schlechte Schalldämmung hat den Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt könnte hier vor allem in puncto Ruhe und Komfort nachgebessert werden.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat man die ganze Nacht den Lärm der Straße vor dem Hotel gehört und das Bett war auch sehr unbequem. Beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl für Gäste mit Laktose/Galaktose-Unverträglichkeit.

Leider war beim Check in keiner für uns da bzw. Hatte ich auch keine Nacheicht erhalten, wie der Check in funktioniert ( mit Code usw) Nach ein paar Telefonaten und einer Stunde später, durften wir unsere Zimmerkarte dann selbst von der Rezeption nehmen. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross , aber hellhörig. Es liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse bzw. Mitten im Zentrum. Der Lärm von der Strasse war wirklich laut. Das fruhstuck war okay. Die Eierspeise war schon sehr eingetrocknet

Greit for en natt.

Ble spurt om å bytte til nabohotellet Finnsnes hotell og skulle få minst like bra rom der. Det var ok for oss. Rommet var greit nok for en natt. Fikk ikke info om at det var billigere å stå parkert utenfor hotellet isteden for på parkering i bakgården. Knøttlite bad og sjelløst gammelt lite rom. God seng, men varmt og en god del støy fra trafikken i sentrum. Bra frokost.

Veldig smooth overnatting. Hadde med oss to katter og rommet er veldig stort så de har nok plass. Alt var også åpen så vi var ikke redd at de gjemmer seg til steder vi ikke kan nå. Renholdet kunne vært bedre spesielt under sengen. Enkel frokost, men nok for at man blir mett. Vi hadde ikke problem med å finne parkering ved hotellet. Ligger foran senteret så det er lett å kjøpe dersom man trenger noe. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og lett å kontakte. Fin base dersom man ønsker å utforske Senja.
