The Room was advertised as having a pool and hot- tub on premises. We brought bathing suits and arrived early. It was a disappointment to be told “no hot-tub”.

Room detail says hot tub. There was no hot tub. There was no access to hot tea or coffee in the lobby outside of breakfast. The bathroom light only works if the “master light” switch was on. Who knew??? Showers took forever to get hot water. Pull out couch was terribl to sleep on.

Great location with very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Nice options for breakfast, although less variety on weekends. Very clean hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Housekeeping was promised every other day but I had to request it on the third day. Towels were replaced and garbage was emptied but bed wasn't made and surfaces weren't wiped down.

I had several issues during my stay. Upon arrival, there was a problem with my card at check-in, which took some time to sort out. The side entrance door locks didn’t work properly, and the WiFi connection was unreliable—likely due to the hotel being in a low-coverage area. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help, but the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom felt dingy, with a dirty tub cover and an old mat that looked unsanitary. The couch in the room was also worn and stained. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the space. The hotel’s dining options were minimal and not very appealing. To top it off, a blue light in the room flashed every 20 seconds, making it hard to sleep. Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant stay.
