This fully renovated house welcomes you in a seaside atmosphere, it has an 18m2 terrace where you will enjoy spending time for breakfast or at dinner time around good barbecue grills.
The living space is warm and well-designed: the living room invites you to relax, whether watching a sporting event or your favourite series. The dining area is ideal for sharing good meals, and the kitchen, with its lovely blue tones, is fully equipped: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker (capsules and filter).
After a long day of surfing or swimming, you can go and rest in the bedroom equipped with a double bed (140) or in the living room by unfolding the sofa bed.
The house also has a lovely bathroom with exposed stone walls and a hairdryer.
Public parking spaces are available nearby on the Arago car park.
