Excellent use of small space to make comfortable apartment for 2. Well located by beach,shops,parking. Warm,light and quiet. Well equipped kitchen except lacking cafetiere ,coffee pod machine in its place. Clean bathroom and efficient shower. Plenty of cleaning equipment Comfortable bed but lack of headspace may worry some people. Small outdoor space very welcome. Emplacement exceptionnel, plage à 2 minutes. Contraste entre l'animation de la rue et le calme de la location. Couchage en mezzanine avec lit king size . Courette trop prisée des pigeons, seul bémol pour cette location agréable et bien équipée. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en louant ce studio en plein centre ville des Sables d'Olonnes. Il est idéalement situé : 500m de la gare, dans les rues commerçantes et à 2 minutes à pied de la plage ! Je recommande.

Très agréable endroit

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, le lieu est très animé et pas besoin de se servir de la voiture car il y a tout sur place. Un petit bémol pour la terrasse, sur l annonce on croit voir la mer mais en fait ce n'est qu' un grand poster. Heureusement, l accès à la mer n est qu à quelques mètres et cela à été très appréciable. Nous reviendrons aux sables d colonne,car nous aimons cette ville.

Appartement très bien situé ou tous les loisirs ,restauration animations boutiques et plage,sont sur place. Vacances idéales pour ne pas prendre la voiture et se reposer pleinement. Nous avons signalé au propriétaire que sa machine à laver ne marche pas.

Perfect location, but no second time.

The building is old so it has wooden floors. Upstairs neighbours toilet is just above the bed. So you can hear them flush the toilet and walking around even on their barefoot. So not ideal for light sleepers. Midnight, 3 am, 6 am… If owner invests in new washing machine, you do not need to wash by hand. Indeed a lot of bird poo outside.

Studio très petit , photos grand angle très trompeuses.Douches petites et pas pratique.Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement, ma femme allergique à la poussière à passer un séjour fort désagréable.Le frigo dans la kitchenette est vraiment petit, il faut aller faire des courses très souvent.Le seul point positif est l'emplacement du logement.Il serait bien de préciser également qu'il s'agit d'un rez de chaussée, et d'indiquer la surface afin de ne pas être surpris de la petitesse du studio.

correct pour deux personnes. Déco très sympathique. Lit en mezzannine peu pratique mais literie confortable. Manquent rangements pour vêtements et épicerie. Petite terrasse pourrait être agréable mais cause déjections mouettes ou pigeons impossible d'en profiter Dommage. Excellente situation Rue commerçante et piétonne à 50m du Remblai. et plage.

Je suis venue au Sables pour le décès de ma maman et je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de profiter de la vue, du centre ville et des environ mais l’appartement est idéalement bien situé.

Au centre ville

Nous avons été reçu par une amie du propriétaire très gentille. Le proprio en déplacement mais sympathique au téléphone. Le logement est très bien placé en plein rue piétonnes 5 mn de la plage et tout commerces super emplacement. Dans le logement quelques petits problèmes ; salle de bain; pas de pression d’eau dans la douche et lavabo. Le lit du salon il est temps de le changer en une semaine j’ai eu des douleurs au dos... la porte fenêtre donnant sur la petite terrasse ferme pas,la nuit quand il pleut insupportable, concernant le ménage pas terrible. Si je dois revenir à condition que le propriétaire face les travaux ça mérite de rafraîchissement.
