The room was good, only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom door, we were 4 people and I feel with the slide door which was not closing properly, I didn’t feel there was any privacy. But other than that the stay was good.

Excellent property! Super clean, modern appeal, great service, lots of parking, comfortable beds, sheets and pillows, larger rooms, and affordable and simple breakfast options! There is a nice pool and a lovely eating area within. I am typically fussy, but I was very impressed, and I would definitely stay there again!

Rooms have been renovated but they have not spent a dime on the rest of this old building. Elevators noisy, slow, small and bumpy. Narrow hallways. Courtyard is from 70s and noisy. Back entrance door does not lock securely. Nothing like other Sandman Signatures that we have stayed at. Very few amenities.

This was an amazing hotel with a beautful indoor garden in the indoor courtyard. The interior rooms had small balconies that allowed you to look down over the garden and pool area. We loved the hotel and dinner at the on site hotel.

There were kids ball teams at the hotel. It was so noisy. Parents were too busy partying themselves to watch the kids. Running in halls banging on doors well into the night. Hotel needs to control this somehow. It was horrible.

I stayed for 2 nights for business, and the property is ideal. I enjoyed the room and the view over looking the pool area. We ate at the Italian restaurant, and both the service and food were delicious. I will make this my go to hotel in Lethbridge.

Good for family

Nice hotel, has a tropical garden with a pool and hot tub. Pools are very dated, a little run down. Room was standard, bathroom looked newly renovated and had a nice shower. Restaurant was amazing, great food!

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Had two different rooms over our stay. Both had outlets falling out of the wall and ceiling tiles falling down from the roof. When front desk staff confronted about issues very little help was given. When told they weren’t listening to issues being brought forward the guest service manager on duty stated she would no longer help. For $240 a night this was a terrible hotel in all respects. Will not stay again at this property.
