At first glance, this hotel is supposed to be four stars, but as you arrive at the building you immediately get the feeling youâre entering from the back of the hotel. The entrance already signals that the place is underfunded and very tired.
The hotel has four floors and two small elevators. We got a room on the third floor. When we arrived on our floor, the corridor was dark, and the wall lamps had no light bulbs.
The room itself was fairly spacious with a comfortable bed â and thatâs about the only positive impression I had regarding the room. The air conditioning worked, but it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The next day, we noticed the room was full of ants.
The bathroom was relatively clean but very worn out. The plastic shower cabin was patched up with silicone, and the water didnât drain properly. For this reason alone, I wouldnât classify this as a 4-star hotel.
Breakfast was very basic: one type of eggs (scrambled), cut-up sausages, a small selection of ham, cheeses, fruits, and some sweet pastries. That would have been enough for me, but the fact that a supposed four-star hotel in Italy serves instant coffee with powdered milk is simply unacceptable.
On the positive side, the hotel is located directly on the beach, which is convenient. However, the sunbeds were old and broken. The pool was clean and of a decent size.
Overall, this hotel is in desperate need of investment. I certainly wouldnât give it 4 stars â at best, maybe two.
