Come and enjoy this superb, quiet studio apartment with an exclusive sea view and beachfront location. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access and a private parking space, this fully equipped studio apartment can accommodate 5 people. It features a double bed sleeping alcove, a single bunk bed, and a double sofa bed. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, smart TV, beach games for children, and pétanque balls.
Enjoy privileged and direct access to the beach. The port center with all its amenities is a 15-minute walk away.
Discover Port Leucate and its surroundings: a Spar supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (open from April to September), and you can also explore the pier, the port, the cliffs of La Franqui, the oyster farmers' huts, the huge Christmas market in Le Barcarès, Perpignan, and Spain (50 minutes away, including Perthus and La Jonquera).
