Cosy villa "Arcadia", 3 storeys, built in 1986. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, located by a road. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant, bakery, bus stop 400 m. Skisport facilities 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The car park and the entrance is situated on the 2nd floor behind the house. The Leukerbad Card Plus is included in the reservation. The Leukerbad Card Plus includes the following services: free use of Ringjet local bus, free access to the Erli ski area for children, free use of the sports centre (badminton, tennis, squash, billiards, table tennis, skating, football, indoor football, mini-golf, boulder, etc.), 15 % discount on the purchase of pass and snow bath. 10% discount on subscriptions and the multiple entry tickets to public baths.

Ferien mit Hund

Klein aber fein. Sehr ruhig, genau das was wir wollten. Hat alles was man braucht. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Zu erwähnen ist, das es eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe hat, die für ältere Leute sowie unsichere grosse Hunde schwierig ist. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Nette und saubere Wohnung

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr hoch am Rand von Leukerbad. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Möbel und die Küche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert, ist in gutem Zustand und, sehr wichtig, sauber. Hervorzuheben sind die 2 Badezimmer, die ein großes Plus sind. Dusche hat es nur eine, aber dafür 2 Toiletten.

Sämtliche Installationen entsprechen den üblichen Standards. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal. Zudem ist der Standort oberhalb von Lenzerheide sehr gut, man geniesst eine wunderbare Aussicht.

Gemütliche und Leise Unterkunft, sehr sauber. Zweckmässig eingerichtet. Besonders hervor zu heben das man falls ihr Elektroauto fahrt dort aufladen könnt wenn man fragt (Steckdosenstrom) Sonst alles Tip Top , würden wieder kommen
