Large studio apartment really valuable just steps from the sea, tastefully furnished in the historic center of Levanto, ideal for 2 people even with a small child (the camping bed is provided by us), located next to the ancient medieval lodge, at 1st floor above the public gardens, recently renovated and composed as follows:
Entrance with armored door, typical Ligurian stairs leading to the 1st floor, bathroom with large shower, American kitchen with new corner, living room with NEW MEMORY BED, illuminated by large window overlooking the medieval castle, Church of St. Andrea and public gardens below.
The pass-car is provided free of charge to park your car in blue seats ... even under the house.

Perfect Location

Roberto and Marina's apartment is perfectly located in the central part of Levanto, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, train station and ferry boats to Cinque Terre. The place is very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. They were extremely helpful with local information and tips on things to do. The town is a true hidden jewel on the ligurian coast. Loved it!

Fantastic apartment with great location

Roberto was really helpful even before we got to levanto. He met us at the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment is located great, near the beach and the center/ Main Street (but the location is perfect because it’s not too noisy at the evening. It is a perfect restaurant just at the corner. Try the spaghetti vongole …. The bike rental is also just some seconds away. Levanto has everything you want: beaches, church, hiking, shops… We hope to come back!!! Miss it already..

Cinque Terre vacation

Levanto is a perfect place to start exploration of this beautiful part of Italy. Our studio apartment was very conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to good restaurants, beach, port and all amenities, including a free parking spot for our rental ( courtesy of Marina and Roberto). We enjoyed our week long stay at this studio and will be coming back in future.

A Special Place

Right in the heart of the old town, this little studio is perfect and perfectly located. Near everything you could need bakery, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, a vibrant park and piazza right out your door, beach and walks along the water at sunset and a beautiful view out your studio window. We were exhausted after a 16 hour day of travel and Roberto and his wife greeted us with a smile even though we were late in coming at night. The hosts were true hosts - kind, caring and took time to show us all that we needed. We loved our stay as it was quiet and yet close to everything in Levanto. It was a place of recuperation for us and yet close to the whole coast of CinqueTerre. Thank you Roberto for the privilege of staying in your special little place and for your kindness to us. Perfect location and view!

The stay ay Il Nido was great - flat is located in the old town and just few minutes to the public beach. The view from the window is panoramic, neighborhood is calm so we had a wonderful rest after hiking all day. Flat is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, clean, has wifi and is kids friendly (Roberto provided us a baby crib and feeding chair). Roberto and his wife were lovely and helpful, always available and attentive. All the best for you and hope to come back one day :)

Lovely position in old town

Our apartment was perfectly situated and Marina very generously collected us from the train, very welcome as we had an early start! Very comfortable apartment but for the pillows! Lovely bed but as we are used to soft pillows these we a bit uncomfy! However that is a Very small detail. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 3 days in spite of the rain which made for a very slippery trek from Monterosso to Venezzia, but we made it and it was worth every step. What a fascinating part of Italy and what engineers the Italians are! Thank you for having us to stay and explore

Beautiful quaint accommodation

We loved staying here. Perfect location. Only 5-10 minute away from train station. Although your bedroom living and kitchen is one room it is very comfortable and quaint. Great bathroom! Bring earplugs for the church bell ringing but after a while you get used to it. You will need to carry luggage up three small narrow flight of stairs but manageable. Great restaurants close by. The best location to navigate Cinque Terra away from tourist crowds. Highly recommend it!

It's an amazing apartment!

Roberto and Marina were so helpful and patient with our arrival. We were driving from Venice for the first time, so we didn't arrive exactly on time.......the apartment was very clean and had everything we could have needed. Great location to some wonderful restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and shopping! We would definitely go back again for a stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Levanto. It was very close to the train station to visit the others towns in that area. The view in the area are beautiful. The apartment was nice and clean. The steps up the apartment were abit narrow but ok for us. Roberto and his wife very nice and helpful. We would recommend this place.

Agréable séjour au Cinque terre

Levanto est parfait comme point de départ pour visiter les Cinque terre.Le studio est très bien situé, la plage, les commerces et restaurants et la gare sont à proximité.Un plaisir de pouvoir laisser sa voiture et tout faire à pied à LEVANTO.Je séjournerai à nouveau volontiers dans ce studio lors d’un prochain séjour.
