Joli condo au 2e Ă©tage aux Plantations East. Plan d'Ă©tage ouvert pour se dĂ©tendre en famille et entre amis. Trois chambres toutes Ă©quipĂ©es de leur propre TV Ă©cran plat et lecteur DVD. Tous les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs sont Ă  Ă©cran plat et ont un service HD. L'unitĂ© a Ă©galement 2 salles de bain complĂštes pour accueillir toute famille de taille. Cuisine complĂšte avec toutes les commoditĂ©s, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain, etc. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur Ă©galement disponibles en unitĂ©. Le porche fermĂ© enveloppant sera l'endroit idĂ©al pour le cafĂ© du matin. La chambre principale a un lit king size et les 2 autres chambres ont 2 lits jumeaux chacune. La piscine communautaire est disponible pour les clients de location et inclus dans le prix de location. La piscine ouvre le Memorial Day et ferme la fĂȘte du Travail. Aussi en 2019, il y a une petite salle de gym situĂ©e dans le club-house Ă  laquelle vous aurez Ă©galement accĂšs.

L'unité est située à quelques minutes de tous les points de vente hors taxes et des plages. 9,6 km de Cape Henlopen State Park.

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Location is in a really nice quiet community, easily accessible to everything including the Rehoboth boardwalk (10 min. drive). Booking was very easy and owner is extremely responsive. The property is amazing, fantastic common space, a great separate porch as an additional gathering area, tons of space and fantastic amenities. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the whole place had everything we needed and more. It was impeccably clean and the beds are SUPER comfortable. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! Highly, highly recommend, we will definitely return next year!!

Fabulous beach getaway

We had an excellent stay at the condo this past week. It was very well equipped and had the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on in a rental! Our teenagers loved the arcade games. The owner was very communicative and shared tips for different features of the condo. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful stay! Host is awesome, very accommodating and communicative. Condo is clean and well stocked! If you forget something, chances are he has thought of it and it’s in one of the closets. The arcade was a sweet touch and our kids enjoyed it. Condo is a short drive to all the attractions. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was provided from beginning to end. Relaxing enclosed sunporch and all the comforts of home. Our host made our stay a memorable one! Our new Favorite!!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful condo! We couldn’t have picked a better rental! The location was so relaxing being a short distance from the actual beach. It was nice to get away from the crowds but at the same time we were still so close to everything! The owner Chuck was fantastic and made the entire process super easy! Great communication, very kind and approachable! We felt right and home and can’t wait to stay there again! Plenty of room and loaded with things to make the stay stress free! And the kids loved the extra games and definitely the Arcade machine!! So much fun!!!

Peace and Quiet

The five of us including my hubby and our three young boys had a blast staying at this property. We had plenty of room to relax in the evenings. It was thoroughly cleaned down to the baseboards, which helped mommy to relax. The wrap around deck brings in tons of natural light. It is snuggled away off to the side of Coastal highway, which makes it a great place to rest after busy days in the sun. The strong water pressure in showers was appreciated as well as the comfy beds. We loved that the grocery store, starbucks, shops and restaurants were within 6 to 7 minutes away. The central location allowed us to enjoy Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beach without long commutes. The owner provides all necessary information prior to your stay so there are no suprises. He is readily available if anything is needed. We will definitely be back in the future!

Just what we needed!

This unit in Plantations East was perfect for our needs and exactly as listed on VRBO! Expectations were clear and communication with Chuck was quick and easy! We came for a lacrosse tournament at Cape Henlopen HS and were 8 minutes away. 20 minutes from the Rehoboth boardwalk. The neighborhood was pretty and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Wonderful Space for a family Stay

The Condo was sparkly clean. Very well provisioned. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space for a family. The sun room is lovely, the grounds are well maintained and landscaped. The condo is about 15 min from the beach. Most important, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and sincerely wants you to enjoy your stay. We have rented in the area for more than 10 years and this was one of the best.

Excellent stay

Very clean, modern condo with a fantastic screened in balcony. The complex grounds were impeccably landscaped; adding to the view from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed for meal prep. Chuck was a very capable host who kept us well informed through the entire process . We will definitely book in the future and recommend to friends and family. One caveat- be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels or pay a fairly steep price to have them provided. This is the first time we have encountered this. On the plus side, I believe the rental price was very reasonable. Actually, it was a bargain!

Outstanding Orton Condo!

We had an incredible stay at the Orton Condo in Lewes, DE. There was more than enough space for out family of four. The kitchen has everything you need and more (air fryer!!!!). The layout is perfect for entertaining - which we did! There are televisions in each room, the living room furniture is so comfortable. There are board games, giant Jenga and giant Connect 4 but the arcade game that is there may have been the highlight for all of us. Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Galaga, Q-bert and so many more! It was a family and friend highlight! The condo is perfectly located. We zipped over to the beach many times and even got to see the Christmas tree lighting and sing carols in Rehobeth. The outlets are super close and we scored some great Black Friday deals. The owner was very communicative, helpful, and nice! I can't recommend this condo enough. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to go back!
