We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and clean with all the proper amenities. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, near the bike trail. It includes a great backyard atmosphere to relax in the evening. We will definitely be back!

The Hosts were always very responsive when I asked questions. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the access to bike trails and could bike to many other places! We also were able to get Uber rides within less than 10 minutes. I recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Lewes.

Enjoyed our stay! Area was quiet yet accessible to restaurants, shops, town of Lewes and the beach! Loved the bike path! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Nice getaway for a couple.

Excellent place

The place is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I would only ask for just regular flavor coffee with the Keurig but the flavored coffee was a small price to pay for such a wonderful apartment. :-) Truthfully, the place was greatly and the hosts were very accommodating with answers to any questions. We hope to return.

Crows Nest is all it’s cracked up to be !

The house and property are exactly how it was described. The only thing I could say is Chris and Kate may may have been a bit humble. My daughter and I arrived with everything that we would need for the trip. Too many times we have read descriptions and been mislead. When I say that everything was there that we needed for our trip with the exception of food, I mean everything. Communication was exceptional. Check-in was a breeze. We got there unloaded the vehicle. Walked right in felt at home right away. 15 minutes later we were on the beach. They got a hold of me shortly after our arrival and asked if there was anything I needed. Other than a ride to the beach. They supplied everything. Very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. And close to everything. My little girl has already asked me several times when we can go back. We will definitely be looking at their properties for our next adventure. Thank you Chris and Kate for a great trip.

Peaceful stay in Lewes

Adorable carriage house .. Great location close to everything but also away on a quiet street. Easy access to wherever you needed to go. Chris the host was very responsive at every turn. Thanks for a great vacation week over the 4th of July !! Ps. ONE small suggestion. More wine tumblers.. or wine glasses needed. There was only one :). See you next time !!!! 5 stars !!!

Delightful in every way!

I enjoyed my stay at Crow's Nest very much! It was exactly as advertised! The apartment was clean and very convenient. I enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning, and from my vantage point, I could literally look over the neighborhood. It was private, yet close to beaches, eating and shopping. The neighborhood was really nice. I hope to stay there again!

Relaxing Trip in Lewes

We enjoyed staying in the Crow's Nest! Very cozy place. Enjoyed coffee every morning from the Krups machine. Walked around historic downtown Lewes. Imbibed great beer & food @ Crooked Hammock & Oyster Breweries! We paddle boarded @ Cape Henlopen State Park. Wonderfully refreshing anniversary vacation! Chris & Kate are fantastic hosts!!!

Perfect for us

Just the two of us getting an extended weekend at the shore, the crows nest was perfect for us in terms of space and geographic location. The hosts went out of their way to set up the grill for us, didn’t have to do that and it was much appreciated! Bed was comfy, the rental stayed nice and cool, we had everything we needed. We will be back sometime, thanks again!

Crow's Nest is the best.

Very nice accommodations, clean & well stocked. Liked that it's located near the bike trail. Outdoor seating was appreciated so we could eat some of our meals there in our own private backyard. Locked storage for our bikes & free washer/dryer.

Can’t wait to come back!

This is the perfect property for a couple who don’t mind not being right next to all the attractions. It is convenient to everything, especially Surf Bagel which is within walking distance. The property is adorable and has everything you would need. The couch and bed are very comfortable, and you have more than enough space to relax in. The owners were easy to contact and it was great to chat with them the few times we ran into them. We will definitely be visiting this property again!

Great location, clean, cozy and tasteful!

My husband and I were down for a few days trying to get a good feel for southern coastal Delaware as a possible relocation spot for retirement. Having done some research, Lewes is where we wanted to stay as it seemed kind of center of where we were looking . First I will say if you are looking for easy access to Coastal 1 the main drag taking you south to all of the beaches, The Crow’s Nest is your place as it is right on and off. We loved this as we were back and forth a lot. As far as the stay it was the best experience, the place is decorated so nice with all of the nautical touches, it was extremely clean, pretty and well thought out to have all of the comforts of home. The bed is very comfortable and we got some very well needed sleep. The hosts answered all questions promptly and were there if you needed them but they gave us total privacy. I wouldn’t even think twice when coming back and would stay here again. Thank you Chris and Katelyn, we had a great stay!
