The staff was nice, but when we checked into our hotel, both the hot tub and the pool were not working, and the building was under construction. A room had peeling paint and dirt on the floor along with most of our lights not working in our room. I had expected further to be at least the pool, but I was not satisfied with my stay and we left a day early and did not check out on the 22nd. We ended up checking out the 21st due to the lack of amenities and the lack of cleanliness.

The room was not clean. The bathroom did not even look like it has been cleaned other than clean towels places from previous occupant. Mirrors were dirty throughout the room, sticky rings on the night stands to the point we didn't want to set anything down on the nightstand. There was also a drywall tear in the bathroom shower. When I let the reception desk know they just said they will pay special attention next time....should have been done prior to anyone even staying there. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

bathroom smelled like cigarets, blankets smelled like who ever slept in them before us, tv was very hard to get to work with the rattling like its broken inside. we left at 10 a,m. and no sign of cleaners anywhere. pool was closed down, nasty old carpet laying next to the hotel on the side. overall very dirty feel. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have always enjoyed it but something has went down hill. Definitely would not recomend to a friend

The staff was very friendly. The only reason for not receiving 5 stars is that we did not have any housekeeping service any of the 3 nights we were there. We had to put our wet towels and garbage in the hallway and ask the front desk for clean towels.

Room was clean and good for the price. The only complaint would be the pool was like ice and the hot tub barely warm. We were warned before we got in by another guest. We didn’t believe until we got in. Terrible. On a brighter note, the front desk staff when we checked in was amazing!!! So friendly.

The staff were very nice but that is literally the only nice thing about this motel. It is incredibly run down and needs updated. The heating and air conditioning do not automatically adjust so you either cook or freeze. The smell that was emitting from the pool area, needs to be checked out, and maybe even cleaned. I also loved the fact that the pillows were so incredibly flat and lumpy that I had to put two of them together to even make one. You need to level up, Quality Inn.

Room was OK, clean. Breakfast, however, was subpar. Coffee was cold, eggs, and sausages has been sitting out for a long time. Room was quiet. When I open the blinds, I was looking into the backyard of a very beat up house behind us. Price was OK.

room was fairly good, common area carpets are dirty. Staff was friendly but a little scarey too. Walked in and the front desk person was talking to her mom vs taking care of people at the desk. the maintenance man shouldnt even been seen during the day. I would stay here again but not with my wife or kids.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Other people were enjoying the pool, I hope we have the chance on our next visit to enjoy it as well. Didn’t get to try the breakfast, maybe next time. Overall a very good stay at a good price.
