The house was perfect! Our stay was during Christmas and we didn’t spend too much time there except to cook some of Christmas dinner in the kitchen and sleep. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too.

Location and house size/layout were great. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The house is very tired and needs some deep cleaning and attention. There is a significant animal odor. All of the carpets are stained in multiple places, tile in bathrooms and kitchen are dirty. The bathroom shower curtain rod was completely rusted. Kitchen pans were peeling so we did not feel comfortable using. Lightbulbs out in multiple places. Minimal kitchen utensils. We also found a sock in the main bed sheets. One positive there were plenty of coffee cups!

Very clean home with stocked kitchen items and plenty of linens. Spacious inside and outside. Great communication with the host before/during/after to attend to any needs (none required, but they were checking in). Easy in/out. Very nice upscale neighborhood.

It was very nice to be able to partition off the house so that the kids and grandkid had their separate area while my wife and I had ours, but with common areas we could get together in. Back yard was a nice size to let a couple of big dogs run and play. Overall, a very nice house and a comfortable stay....

This home is in a very nice neighborhood; however, the home had numerous issues such as dirty carpets, windows and exterior. The property manager, Wendy, was very responsive to any issues. This could be a very nice home if the issues were resolved.

Family gathering

This house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was sweet, quiet And clean. The children loved their end of the house LOL. With their own living room that played cartoons or movies whatever they wanted LOL. Plenty of indoor spaces to visit and play games. Adults and children alike had a great time. Communication was wonderful fast responses and I am a chatter LOL This is a no hassle And comfortable place to stay.

Exterior of home was filthy. Awning extending over back patio was disgusting filthy. Interior was ok. One of the master bedroom sinks could not be used. Plug not working so water could not drain. Windows on french doors leading to back patio filthy. Back yard had cigarette buts, a pieces of aluminum foil. Back patio further, glass table also very filthy. Requested compensation for this; no response from property manager. Very unfortunate given the cost for this home.

Spacious Getaway with Minor Flaws

House had PLENTY of space for our family to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. Master bedroom and bathroom were immaculate. Everything was tidy and clean with the exception of the full bath at the end of the hallway next to the master bedroom. Tub and shower liner were dirty and the shower curtain hooks have rusted. I'm assuming there may not be much traffic in the home during winter months so possibly an oversight by the cleaning crew. Nevertheless an enjoyable stay for the family. In the future I would suggest adding a few more TV's as there were only two in the entire home. Not a deal breaker but helps during rainy days like the ones we had during our stay.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The property needs a deep cleaning, minor maintenance issues, garage door opener on wall broken, and no remote. Additional furniture is needed, house was not like pictures.

Great venue for multiple couples and children

Very clean property in a great neighborhood. Large house with multiple rooms. We were in town for a family wedding. Bedrooms were on one side and children used the den on the other side of the house to watch television, which allowed the adults to sleep without hearing the children. And, it was dog-friendly and a nice fenced in yard. We enjoyed the back patio and chimenea kept us warm on a chilly November day! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our plans

College housemates now in our 50’s attending a wedding, we needed private rooms in a quiet location, close to the wedding events, and an easy stay. PERFECT! Lovely, shaded back porch for morning coffee, comfy living rooms for visiting, large driveway for our cars. Spotless house with no list of check out tasks save wash the dishes (which we would do anyway!). This house and host was a gem of a find for us.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful property

My group and I had unique needs we were not sure the hosts would be able to accommodate. Not only were they happy to accommodate these needs, but were immensely active with our communication to them, unbothered by last minute reservation extensions, and overall incredible hosts. If we are to stay in the area again, we will certainly be staying at the Brick Bliss!

Laughs in Lexington

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous neighborhood. Lovely fenced in backyard to keep our little one and dog safe. Close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. One hour drive to Congaree National Park and Lake Murray for hiking and swimming. Only negative was the kitchen ware for cooking was minimal. Lots of plates, bowls and glasses, but limited pots and pans.
