The good: room was clean and hotel was a good location for our plans. The bad:booked this hotel because it was listed as having a bar. It wasn’t until we arrived that we found out the bar was permanently closed. No ice machine on our floor. Had to go down 3 floors before I found one that actually worked. The ugly:furniture was old and in fair condition. The cushions on the sofa were worn out. Several areas in the facility needs repair. The flooring on the elevator was damaged. Several areas where the baseboard was damaged or missing altogether.

Older Hotel. Needs updating. The information listed on Expedia is incorrect. There has been no restaurant or bar since the beginning Covid. Parking is not onsite but nearby in a public parking area. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

When I checked in, the lobby was dark, dismal and terribly outdated. I chose to look past those things and give it a shot since the previous reviews were decent. When I went up to my room and opened the door I was hit by a stench that can only be described as cucumbers and body odor. The room was musty and the air conditioning was not functional. It was late at night and so terrible I couldn’t make myself stay. I ended up down a few blocks at another hotel that had much better accommodations.

Only like how pretty the mountains were outside. The lobby was beautiful. And the dining area was ok. Was too too quiet. Parking was in a public parking garage. Ghost town seemed. Got there late at night. Room was not clean in my opinion was scared of bugs. And carpet in hall has never seen a carpet cleaner ever. 3rd floor was nasty. And was scared to be their tips on back of door was scary too. Should not cost what it did. $60 is what that worth to stay. And should on be 1 or 2 stars not 3 for anything. Not happy about the money I paid for the head ache I got from there.
Is that bird poop or what on my bathroom door frame?
Had to wear my flip flops to shower tub was dirty.

This hotel was very dirty, the bed was extremely hard and the bathrooms were gross. I was extremely disappointed, staying here plus the hotel decided to turn off the water during our stay. We were without water for two days. Meaning we couldn’t take a shower or even go to the bathroom in the hotel. This was absolutely ridiculous and I will never stay here again.

Down On It's Heels and No Water

The hotel needs to be renovated as it is showing its age. The restaurant and bar were closed, which we did not know about until two days before our arrival, too late to make other arrangements. They did serve a basic buffet breakfast, which thankfully was included in the price of the room. Our room was never cleaned during our stay despite following the directions on the back the door. The towels were about the lowest grade of quality. On the last night of our stay we got back from our day's activities around 10:00 pm to find a letter slipped under our door letting us the water was being shutoff at 7:00 pm for planned maintenance. No showers, water to brush our teeth or to flush the toilet. I find this outrageous since it was planned. We should have been notified well in advance and given the option to change our plans. I am not sure how they were able to serve breakfast the net morning with no water, but they did. I would avoid this property.

I stayed in room 229 and it wasn't very nice. It had a broke lock on he door, stained up carpets, and some stains on the wall. I didn't ask the property to switch rooms or anything though, I just checked out. I like the location of the hotel itself but not the hotel in general. The continental breakfast wasn't very good. I also didn't like the transit stop at the back of the hotel bringing random people in there. It's convenient for those who don't have transportation but we were all there on our own.
