Great Stay!

The room stunk like mildew and the bathtub was dirty. The back of the bathroom door had dirty hand prints or something. I pulled blankets back and there was something dark on it and i checked it and I don't think it was bedbugs! The staff was very polite and friendly.

The hotel met our needs. The check-in was awkward becausevthe employee does not have good understanding of service dog laws...such as asking, "does the dog have a vest." This is definitely not a requirement and it is frustrating when establishments don't know the law!! Please have some employee training to reduce this occurrence.

We unpacked everything for this hotel that was booked with great reviews. It was late and we noticed some things laying around like the room hadn’t even been cleaned. I went to turn the AC On and it appears to have not been cleaned in years so we left it off. Got into bed and the sheets and blankets smelled terrible. The whole room was gross for $150 I expected much more

You could tell it was dated in a couple places but nothing that was unclean. Nice breakfast in the morning. Helpful, kind staff. It was a halfway stop for a place to sleep and it did the trick.

Not bad but could use some attention

Stay was fine nothing exceptional we just needed a stop for the night. Our toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down for longer than normal, carpet needed vacuuming and our tub dripped constantly.

Suggestions

Rooms were OK, although the beds were too hard. Need instructions on how to turn on/off shower head. Room was clean and staff were pleasant. Bathrooms need a make-over - too small.
