My only complaint is the addition of a $15.00 parking fee in a public parking lot. No valet simply asked if I had a car and handed me a mirror hanger. Should have been included when booking on line. Everything else was good

Property was very beautiful. Room extremely clean and had a good vibe. I was disappointed that in order to use Wi-fi I needed to sign up to be a rewards member. This was a free rewards program but I don’t want a new login password combo to have to remember. Additionally, there is no continental b’fast or pastries. You have to sit and be waited on and pay for breakfast. For this price point I thought I would get some free food in the morning. We were in for a funeral and I ended up spending time driving to McDonald’s and waiting 30 min for food to bring back to the room for the rest of my party who wasn’t ready yet. That frustrated me. Cheryl or maybe it was Sheryl, at the front desk was fantastic. I called twice before my arrival. Once maybe a month out and another time the day of arrival. She remembered having talked with me the first time and that made me feel special. I like the balconies.
