The room was clean and very spacious. Beds comfortable, nice bathroom and large kitchen area. Breakfast was similar to all free breakfast and breakfast area was clean, comfortable with plenty of room. The staff were kind and courteous and working hard in the am with the breakfast and cleanup. My only complaint was the noise, could hear the neighbors next to us and up above but the most annoying was the noise that the climate control system made. Hard to describe but it made a loud popping noise as it kicked on/off.

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Richmond, KY was beyond expected! The rooms were very clean with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries (hand soap and lotion, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The kitchenette has a full size microwave, service settings for 4, dishwasher, cuisineart coffee maker, and an apartment size fridge, as well as the cleaning supplies to use the dishwasher. The breakfast had plenty of options and variety, as well as juices and hot fresh coffee! The indoor heated salt water pool was clean and refreshing!! There is also the ability to wash laundry if needed! The beds were so comfortable that mu husband and I are looking into acquiring the same mattress set for our home!! The shades in the room allow for complete light blockout.The rooms also have plenty of lighting as well as charging spaces. For our future travels we will definitely be using the Home2 Suites by Hilton!!

Expedia overbook the reservation. So we got there and unpacked the entire car and waited I. Line at the counter, only to be told they could not accommodate us. This was at 9pm after 7hrs of driving so I was a bit upset no one was able to get a hold of me to let me know. Apparently my phone number with Expedia does not come up on the hotel information.
