So I chose this hotel on the spur of the moment based on a couple good reviews I read. Had I driven around the property before I booked it I would not have stayed there...The girl working at the desk was very nice and the service was great as for checking in but there are many transient people just hanging around inside and outside and pretty much everybody looks like they're on drugs of some sort. I left at 5:00 in the morning and I'm pretty sure all the people I saw on my way to the car we're still up partying from the night before.

Overall a facility with very poor physical upkeep: Water damage to ceiling in bathroom. Ice machine not working. peeling paint on doors. Bed sheets not tucked in. No room service overnight to garther/change towels or make beds. Ice buildup on room refrigerator freezer. The receptionist was courteous and helpful when asked for assistance.

You get what you pay for.. not much.

Check in was simple and easy. Room was below par level. It was hot when I first arrived. Luckily the AC worked and it cooled off relatively fast. The sofa bed was nasty, it had stains all over it. Couldn’t get the TV to work. The bathroom drains were very slow to drain. Overall, very disappointed in the quality of the property.

I didnt get my refund or a credit for nxt trip due to regulations, and it was fine but got hit with the hotel under renovation. Not all bad, tho . My daughter not getting shipped out untill July so, thanks for the stay.

Great place at a nice price, only things I didnt like.... No breakfast and the lobby coffee was watery. Opted to get gas station coffee nearby. . The stuffed chair in the room was very hard.

I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The room was still dirty, from the last traveler. The bed covers had stains & cigarette holes, along with the carpet. I checked 3 different rooms & not one was to par, but we did stay in the one room that didn’t smell. Anyway, because of my displeasure, the evening desk clerk, said I can cancel for the next night, but when I went to confirm before leaving, the management said no because it was after 11am & expedia hasn’t called, which did not make sense to me. All and all, Expedia resolved my problem, even though Red Roof was paid. THE PHOTOS ARE NOT WHAT IT IS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Bathroom remodel sucked they got screwed!!

It is what you would expect from a red roof in. That being said there were a few issues with our.room. First and probably the most important was the lock that you engage while in the room to keep anyone from opening the door. Well it was all but falling off the wall. Honestly if someone had shoved the door it would not have held!!! Which is kinda worrisome. The shower/tub was the other issue the faucet sprayed water directly out of it and the downspout hole was not covered by the downspout itself nor had it been caulked letting water pour behind it and the wall. I'm sure the room under this one has water damage already. My room showed water damage around the bathroom light. Which didn't have a bulb in it!!! I wonder if the water damage is why there was no bulb? But honestly you get what you pay for and the place over all isn't that bad.
