Trash can by entry door needed to be emptied but wasn't full. Odor like a rodent had crawled in and died. Electric outlets outside did not work. Had to run a long cord inside to charge boat batteries.

If the main concern is cost, then this might be the place. The downsides were: A/C unit in the wall was super noisy all the time. Coffee pot in the room had old moldy coffee in it (I didn't try it). The staff person swapped out the coffee pot right away. Breakfast is available, just minimal which I expected.

Good, until it wasn’t

The room seemed fine until my 3 kids were all sick with a stomach bug, then it was too small and cave-like for anyone to get comfortable. We needed to use the laundry facilities because of soiled clothes which was greatly appreciated, however we had to go off site to get quarters for using them.

The windows had plastic over them. Heater and ac where covered in dirt. The shower had a half empty bottle in it. The hot tub was gross, and mildew on walls. Very messy behind front desk. Door to outside didn’t lock. Unsafe
