Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn. Table tennis. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 600 m, bar, bakery 1.3 km, café 600 m, bus stop "Morthey" 220 m, thermal baths 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 1.9 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school 600 m, cross country ski track 2.9 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (extra). Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room 11 m2 with (90 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room 10 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer.
