The space
Apartment in a two-family house, equipped with two rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds), a living room with a sofa for two additional beds, a complete hob and a bathroom with all accessories. It is accessed via a private road and is located 50 meters from the lake beach and at the mouth of a stream. Thanks to the almost central location of this accommodation, guests will be able to easily reach all local attractions without the need to use the car. Our accommodation is also located a few minutes walk from local restaurants. At 200 meters there is the Como-Bellagio-Como bus stop and less than a kilometer away is the boat pier for the public navigation service.
Bellagio can be reached by bus or car in less than 10 minutes. The city of Como in 30-40 minutes by bus or with Lake Como navigation vehicles. The city of Milan can be reached in about an hour by car or from Como by train.

Guest access
The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​the Municipality of Lezzeno, very close to the bus stop, bars, restaurants, shops and beach with private access.
It is located 200 meters above the main road, this has made this area very quiet, away from traffic and the noise of cars, motorbikes and various noises.

Other things to note
The location of the apartment is incomparable with a view of the mountains on both the eastern and western sides of the Como branch and with private access to the lake in front of the Punta del Balbianello, the Comacina Island and with the panorama of the Valle d'Intelvi, the Tremezzina, Bellagio and the mountains of Valtellina.
