The he AC unit was very loud and kept me up all night. I called in maintenance and the worker said it was normal. I’ve stayed here multiple times and know that it was definitely not normal.

Great spot. Room 408 was nicely updated and spotless. Lots of hot water and nice shower head. Complimentary large format shower soaps. Beds were very firm. Ordered room service (chicken wings and the cheese baked chicken, brownie and Black Forest cake) and everything was excellent. Pool was nice and clean, mostly shaded until late afternoon.

We had an 0830 flight out. This was the perfect place to stay with free airport shuttle. They took us at 0515am. We were able to leave our Alamo rental here instead of dropping it off for no extra charge. The place was quiet, convenient. Staff was friendly and efficient. Checkout was easy.

Nice clean rooms. Very close to airport. Used the shuttle service to get to the airport for early morning flight and it worked perfectly. Free breakfast doesn't start until 6:00 a.m. so we weren't able to utilize that. Pool is cold/unheated so kids didn't love that. Called for room service at 9:00 p.m. and was told it was too late. We had arrived around 7:00 p.m. with tired kids and had hoped to just have some food in our room as we weren't interested in dragging kids down to a restaurant. Luckily we had cereal and milk with us, so breakfast for supper it was!

We picked this hotel exclusively due to its proximity to airport and shuttle service to airport . We had shuttle booked and it did not show up , nor did staff let us know there that someone didn't show up for work and there were issues ?? As a last resort guest were forced to hire cabs to get to the airport in time and were required to pay for cabs themselves . UNNECESSARY STRESS at the end of our vacation !

The staff were not truly helpful, we asked for luggage storage and an early check in. We were able to have luggage stored but no early check in. Other staff interrupted our check in to speak to the agent (2)Where is professional courtesy when guests are speaking with agents. Check in was slow and very painful. Nice pool, good food

The staff were courteous, but upon check-in, the staff were more interested in strict process rather than customer service. The main reason we selected this hotel was its airport shuttle. Although we confirmed our shuttle on check-in, the hotel shuttle did not run. They called for the shuttle from Hampton Inn; however, we were not able to board the shuttle until 30 minutes after our scheduled time, which made us arrive late at the airport.
