The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with 3 floors, without elevator.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located Rue Saint-Jean-en-Isle, in the pedestrian center of Liège, a stone's throw from the Opera and on the edge of the Carré.
In the evening from Thursday to Sunday the streets of Le Carré are noisy.
The area is rather lively since many people walk its pedestrian streets every day both for its numerous shops and for its restaurants and bars.
It's certain: you won't want for anything because you are close to everything and you won't risk getting bored. The apartment is also close to many small shops (cheese maker, butcher, market gardener, bakery, wash house, night shop, florist, etc.)
On the cultural side, the Sauvenière cinema , The mirror city , thebe/agenda">Reflektor and the Opéra Royal de Wallonie are a few meters away and it will take you 5-10 minutes maximum to reach the Theater de Liège . A gym is also available nearby.

By bus: the nearest stops are located less than 300m away and Place Saint-Lambert (hub of the public transport network) is 5 minutes away on foot.
By train: the apartment is equidistant from Gare Liège-Saint-Lambert and Gare Liège-Carré
By car : it is not possible to reach the apartment by car since the street is pedestrian. The closest car parks are: Neujean, Cathédrale and Sauvenière.

Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:

For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
