Elegant condominium located on the third floor of a residence with swimming pools, a common garden, an elevator and one uncovered parking space per booking. The three room apartment, for six guests, offers a living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds (both bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan). There are also two windowed bathrooms, one with a shower box and one with a shower with curtains. The apartment also features a large and furnished terrace. A washing machine, a TV and a safe included. Beach distance: 200mt. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
