Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but understandable I guess. The location was perfect, right downtown Lille. Breakfast was ok. A good selection of bread and cheeses. Stay away from the scrambled eggs though... I'd stay there again.

A warm welcome

A warm welcome and continued excellent service from the staff. We stayed during the Braderie and although the location of the hotel was extremely busy, the rooms were quiet. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
