Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was expensive so I skipped that. Club room with snacks and free coffee was excellent, free aperitif (nibbles), very good. Receptionists were lovely. Two fire alarms on night, not so good! But apparently were caused by a guest having a cigarette.

FANTASTIC CONCEPT... WISH IT WAS EVERYWHERE!

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was. I walked here from the train station and, upon arrival, the outside in no way prepares you for the excellence inside. This is such a well-thought out concept, with no space wasted but luxury for all that. With many eco-friendly touches - from the compostable coffee pods to the water stations on each floor to refill your bottles - accompanied by information so you know that you are doing good staying here. They even donate €2 each day that you decline room service. There is a drop-down work desk, luggage rack, USB ports in the bedside tables, wardrobe, espresso machine with pods, free WiFi and TV. The bed & bedding are insanely good and 100% natural fibres! The shower was a cracker, too with a lovely rain-shower head. The toiletries were lovely and eco-friendly while the towels were soft and lush. Breakfast is available in The Club off the lobby, where you can work and socialise while enjoying complimentary snacks and drinks all day. I only stayed two nights but now that I know they exist, I’ll be staying in their properties in the future. While the brand is currently in France only, I hope they expand their territory soon.

Check-in by very polite gentleman was quick and easy, with all information regarding breakfast times, club facilities etc being shared. Bedroom and Bathroom was exceptionally clean, with toiletries, hairdryer, enough coat hangers. Towels and bedding very good quality and bed was very comfortable. Only comment I would make is to place a water flask / jug into the room to avoid numerous trips to the water dispenser.

You said Yes, the lights would not work independently as they should. So we couldn't turn on the bedside lights or bathroom light at night without turning all the lights on. I reported to reception on the first day and emailed several times over the week but they ignored me. On Tuesday the floor flooded from the shower so we had water everywhere. I mopped it up with the help from a cleaner.

While the Okko is in a fantastic central location, that's pretty much where the positives ends. The towels and duvet both had visible stains, which was disgusting. The room's design is also a serious problem for privacy. The shower is completely open to the room, so if you're sharing the space, there's no way to get any privacy. On top of that, the separate toilet is so small it felt genuinely claustrophobic. To top it all off, the staff at checkout didn't even bother to ask how our stay was. It felt like they just didn't care. In the end, the convenient location just wasn't enough to make up for the uncomfortable, dirty room and the impersonal service.

Nice hotel well located close to the city center

Nice hotel, less than 10 minutes walking from the city center. They offer coffee, "munchies" and fruit throughout the day and small "plat apperitief" from 18:30. Bed is comfortable.
