Wonderful place with good location and view

Just wonderful place with good location. Your on the 15th floor with great views. The only thing is the sliding door leading it to doesn’t have a mesh nor do the windows. The apartment was very clean and some outdated appliances yet they all worked fine. They gave you all that you needed. I would have liked more towels we only got one per person and three rolls of toilet paper to go to each bathroom. Also, the fridge wasn’t working well and they told us that once we were already there. We didn’t have to use the kitchen that much so we didn’t care. Otherwise everything went very well and they kept communication when he had questions. There is 24 hour service with a gym and the people there were so nice. There’s also a garage underneath too.

The place was moldy and had a noticeable odor of mold. No air conditioning or dryer. There were two broken pieces of furniture. Sheets were stained and had not been washed. The floors were dirty.

Perfect Miraflores location

This apartment is the perfect jumping-off point for getting to know Miraflores and Lima as a whole - easy to arrange for transportation, and a short walk to lots of stores, restaurants, services, parks... just right.

Great apartment, Perfect location!

The building itself is very new and very secure. The apartment looks exactly alike the pictures and is also well maintained. The location is perfect if you are staying in Miraflores. The property manager was very nice and made checking in and out very easy. It is also a great value, I would highly recommend it.
