Stephanie was our second contact person and was very helpful. She answered questions and was able to find me another appartment when we had to stay an extra night. The original phone number to call was for someone else who spoke no English. The appartment is just across the street from a few parks and has a great view of the ocean and walking paths. Instructions about how to use the shower would have been helpful (hot water:turn to the right). A note that the fireplace is broken would have been helpful.
