Everything about the hotel was excellent . The gloss was taken off our experience when charged €5.50 for a small bottle of water . Extortion does not cover this , it's darn right criminal . I will stay there again in the future but will be taking my own water .

Great location. Modern elegat rooms. V.Good breakfast. All room amenities and personal care are available . However... One of our 2 Seaview rooms was not matching photos on Expedia. Shower box is tight. Staff could be more professional and helpful. Seaview category rooms are tight to be occupied by 2 persons... one only is good.... they even have only 1 small chair and no area to sit and enjoy sea view All in all... it was a good stay so we re willing to return back and stay @ NYX LIMASSOL but in a bigger room

Great location - central. Valerie or veronique (sorry cant recall name) in reception was exceptional. So helpful, well informed and genuine. She helped locate Baklava. Breakfast was the best selection, quality and service ive had in traveling around the world. The hitel needs an update as it is showing its age but the hotel has tried to incorporate technology. Limited to 2 english tv channels. Make sure to get a sea view room

I liked this hotel overall. The location is excellent—an easy walk to the Old Town and a short stroll to other key attractions. The property is busy and lively, a little hectic at times. it has a  modern vibe, and well‑decorated look. Rooms are a good size with high‑tech features and solid amenities. I did run into a few issues in my room since  the A/C struggled to cool, the minibar didn’t chill properly, and the blackout curtains weren’t fully effective. Service was generally good, with standout support from the front desk. The pool area is stunning, with one of the most beautiful views I’ve seen; however, the pool is not heated and the water was very cold. There was no poolside service—you have to go into the restaurant to order. Breakfast was included and truly outstanding. Overall, I enyoyed my stay.

Awful in terms of cleanliness, both the rooms hand dark black hairs in the shower cubical and in the bed - the roof top pool was completely unapproachable due to extreme winds blowing everything around so aggressively the alarms were ringing - cigarettes in the pool ashtrays and everything not tied down. Quite frankly I would like a refund. Staff made no attempt to even try and explain or resolve our issue. It was left unaddressed.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Breakfast was amazing and room very comfortable. Felt staff were a little cold. No real welcome when checking in, almost too business like. Also, when leaving ordered a taxi at taxi desk. I was not told the price and when I got into the taxi it turned out I would have been cheaper ordering a Bolt. Felt a little ripped off, slightly negative way to end my stay.
