Parking (Important)
• 3–4 vehicles can park behind the home
• Garage fits one compact vehicle
• Do not block rear alley
• Street parking in front is not allowed

You’ll have the home entirely to yourself, but we’re always easy to reach if needed.

We provide a smooth, hands-off experience with clear communication before arrival and simple, keyless check-in. During your stay, you can reach us anytime by phone, text, or message for questions or local recommendations.

Beach Access

Beach access is a short walk from the home. The closest route includes stairs, with additional access points nearby depending on preference.

Community Guidelines
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood:
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: 11 guests
• No smoking
• No pets

Cleaning & Care
• Professionally cleaned before every stay
• Please treat the home with care
• Damage protection in place for minor accidental incidents

Check-In & Requests
Standard check-in and check-out times allow for proper cleaning between guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability.

Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Events or large gatherings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the home at any time.
Please use furnishings and appliances for their intended use only.
Please be aware Lincoln City has a strict `noise curfew` of 10PM. Be sure to keep noise down after that time. Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. The rules and policies for the pool are located in the binder on the kitchen counter. The electronic fob is hanging on the coat hook by the back door. Be sure to return key to hoo when departing. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge.
Please clean BBQ after each use. Make sure ti is attached to wall of house with bungee cord when departing.
