We loved the hotel. The staff was fantastic. Free breakfast and chowder at night. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the elevator was out off order and the master toilet didn't work.

Room was wonderful, it was clean, cozy, and perfect for a weekend away with my spouse. The bathtub and shower were so nice in our room and we loved that there was a fireplace. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Highly recommend for couples or for families!

Very clean and spacious room with new furnishings. Loved the fireplace and deep bath tub. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Less than a 10 minute walk to the tide pools. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Located on a quiet street. Pet friendly. Large TV that can swivel and connect to ChromeCast on your phone. I liked the glass shower, but keep in mind it’s visible from all parts of the room and has no curtain. Anyone in the room can see you. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was great, room wasn’t that great. It was clean, but the layout was kind of awkward. Instead of the bed being closer to the window/ocean, it’s on the other side of the room facing the parking lot. So that wasn’t ideal.

Communication was terrible. I made reservation for the wrong date (intended July, made for January due to some Orbitz date picker issue). I saw the room charge on the check-in date and contacted them to get it changed. First said they couldn't, then that they did but it would cost more. I asked how much and got no answer. In short, never stayed, got charged, and may have another date "on the books" that I won't be using. No idea how anything else is because I'm not due to be there for another 6 months.

Staff were friendly at check. Room was big and clean. Very dog friendly. We loved the view from the balcony. King size bed was comfy and located close to the sliding door so I could sit in bed watch tv, in front of the cozy fireplace and watch the waves. Beach access was next to the hotel. The free breakfast they had in the morning was good. Hotel was close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach access, room accessories could definitely be updated. Such as lamps with newer plugs. It was hard to plug in our phones with type C cables or even a block that fit the lamp without it being halfway off the table. Overall it was a great stay
