Check in not until 4pm. When we got there at 4.00 pm ..getting in with the digital code was almost impossible. No local number to call. When calling numbers listed on the house...no answer. No text number available. Had to call reservation line after 1 hour of trying to get into the home...only one available to help us after an hour of trying this phone number. No local help at all. 10 am checkout is ridiculous We lost over an hour just trying to enter the rental. My sister rented a house 2 weeks ago..very same issue. When she finally reached someone to talk to after an hour herself..they questioned the reservation number. She had her 92 year old mother with her..having to wait in car all that time.Will never rent any home from Casago again.
