Old falling apart. Dirty - had to request the room cleaned. Stove did not work, glasses In cupboard still had food in them. Air conditioning did not work. Two of the chairs were falling apart, carpet stained and ceiling needed painted from previous roof leaks.. Room most certainly did not look like the website. The only thing good were the beds and the view.I have photos if you would like proof. I couldn’t get my money back because I booked it thru a third party (Hotels.com) so we were stuck staying there.

Stayed in room 233, DO NOT recommend. The door downstairs to the “spa” slams shut so hard it rattles the windows EVERY SINGLE TIME. The room was dirty. The shower wasn’t clean, there was still a washcloth hanging over the shower head. Walls have stuff running down them. Windows don’t lock. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. The fridge and freezer were filthy. We had to clean them out.

My best friend and I went there so that I could scream at the ocean. It’s very stress relieving. You should try it. The view was magnificent. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any needs that we had. From what I understand, the property just changed hands And they are working very hard to bring it back up to its former glory. Although I can appear to be a cranky old woman, I give anybody the benefit of the doubt if they are trying their hardest and these people really are. It was a wonderful experience and I did get a chuckle out of some of the things they still need to fix But again they are working on it. I absolutely would stay there again wonderful people.

From the picture of the room I was booking I was supposed to have a fire place and a balcony. When we got to our room no fireplace, leak stains on the ceiling, Carpart was stained, sheets were stained, The 120 feet from the beach was more 120 steps down a embankment to the beach, parking was not convenient, Pool area was clean but very small. No continental breakfast. The positive the sign said under new management hopefully they are in the works of making it better, the staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. Definitely worth the view.

It was very pet friendly placed on bottom floor. Had good flooring looked new. There was some issue with shower. I was understanding about the room, since they are under new ownership always have to be open while cleaning up after previous owners. I did like location close to beach.

Our room had food, a thick layer of dust on the fireplace vent and all of the furniture. A broken chair (nail tack hanging loose on a chair) and a broken window that was taped over in the bathroom. Fridge was dirty, coffee pot dirty sliding glass door (lock broke) Complained to the front desk. They moved us. This time. Still dusty along the head board and along all furniture. No fireplace, but furniture was in better shape. Back door sliding lock also broken. Fridge and microwave clean this time and shower had good water pressure and heat. Got locked out of our room, otherwise the over all stay was ok.
