Old falling apart. Dirty - had to request the room cleaned. Stove did not work, glasses In cupboard still had food in them. Air conditioning did not work. Two of the chairs were falling apart, carpet stained and ceiling needed painted from previous roof leaks.. Room most certainly did not look like the website. The only thing good were the beds and the view.I have photos if you would like proof. I couldnât get my money back because I booked it thru a third party (Hotels.com) so we were stuck staying there.
Stayed in room 233, DO NOT recommend. The door downstairs to the âspaâ slams shut so hard it rattles the windows EVERY SINGLE TIME. The room was dirty. The shower wasnât clean, there was still a washcloth hanging over the shower head. Walls have stuff running down them. Windows donât lock. Floor wasnât vacuumed. The fridge and freezer were filthy. We had to clean them out.
Get what ya pay for, decent experience, great view, but horrible WiFi and the room itself was nothing to write home about
Great for a budget experience
My best friend and I went there so that I could scream at the ocean. Itâs very stress relieving. You should try it. The view was magnificent. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any needs that we had. From what I understand, the property just changed hands And they are working very hard to bring it back up to its former glory. Although I can appear to be a cranky old woman, I give anybody the benefit of the doubt if they are trying their hardest and these people really are. It was a wonderful experience and I did get a chuckle out of some of the things they still need to fix But again they are working on it. I absolutely would stay there again wonderful people.
