I really enjoyed my stay here. The desk staff was amazing. Housekeeping was bad. We were there for a week and didn't get towels or our trash taken out until our last day. We were told housekeeping would be by to check in us each day, but that did not happen. We took out our own trash, we had to exchange our towels, we had to restock our own toiletries and amenities. All flooring is wood, so you can hear the dogs walking around all night in the rooms above you. The beds were very comfy, but the water pressure was not great. Beach was fabulous and the view was amazing. I would go back, but i would book a room with a balcony next time.

The views were amazing. Having two rooms and a sleeper sofa made the room perfect. Only issue we ran into was the room was never serviced after being asked. We confirmed that it was supposed to be daily. Would stay again.

Clean...recently remodeled.. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The view is superb. Pet friendly...Breakfast was great with a decent selection. The ground level rooms have nice decks and super cool electric remote control fireplaces. Will definitely be back.

The rooms were very nice. Everything was updated. View was excellent. Great choices for breakfast. Only thing missing is an elevator especially since you need to carry your breakfast up to your room. All in all a great stay. Staff was very helful and friendly.

Our room at West Beach Suites was very nice, clean and spacious. Coffee maker and choices of coffee cups were a plus. It was updated and nicely decorated. Our only complaint: our room was on the second floor, and at 3:00 am the people in the room directly above us were very noisy for more than 2 hours. YAWN!
