I wanted to love this property; however, after settling in, I noticed that it was dirty and had a slight odor of cat urine. There was thick dust on the TV stand and dust bunnies under the bed, and crumbs under the couch cushions. The outside light to the backyard was not working, and there were ants in the kitchen. The dishwasher wouldnât run and tripped the breaker each time we attempted to use it. Although the outside deck is very nice, the host scheduled tree maintenance for two consecutive days without prior notice. The yard was full of weeds. Most of these issues are easy fixes and would make the property very desirable.I rented this as a pet-friendly property, but realized I hadnât selected the box indicating that I had a pet. The host sent a link to pay an additional 75, which I paid immediately.
