The lobby and breakfast area were both very clean and up to date. The room was also. The clerk checking us in carried my wife's things to the room while she was parking the car. I walk with a cane, so this was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a variety of food to eat. The hallways had clean and fairly new carpet. Some of the rooms on the first floor were being renovated. This is a great hotel at modest prices.

Check-in was very easy. A new Hostess was being trained, and she was great - curteous, efficient, ad able to give me information about breakfast and the location of my room while working with the computer screens. Our room is clean and quiet.

Small stain on the sheet. Asked for a room in a quiet area. Ended up a door or two away from 2 dog. “Buffet breakfast” is pretty standard but oddly bland compared to most places. Do love the waffle machines. Super glad they have one. The coffee machine was cool looking but very weak coffee even on the bold setting. Day staff was good she knew how to fix the tv which wasn’t working.

The room was ok, clean and pretty large. However, it was hard to close the door to the room. It didn't close by itself. This could be a security issue. Also, the breakfast was pretty bad. Biscuits were cold and the gravy was bland even with a ton of pepper. Eggs were dry and the only pastry were dry muffins. Coffee was good though

Selected this hotel because it was pet friendly. It was a halfway point between Chi - Den. Stayed both coming/going. The staff were helpful and extremely nice. The room was clean, but some of the furniture needed replacement (looking at you dresser drawers). I didn't need the dresser since it was an overnight stay only, and would rather have shelving, hooks, and luggage racks. Much more convenient.
