Lincoln and Crete have been the worst holiday in express I have ever stayed at. Both were the same gross, dirty, messed up rooms, broken door handles, tv not working, last but not least dirty towels still laying in the bathroom!!

The hotel is clean and well kept up. We had an enjoyable couple night's stay. The breakfast was well maintained and the coffee was always full. A great place to stay.

The gentleman checking us in was not very friendly. Person in front of me was a rewards member and he thanked him several times for being an elite member. I am a member but not elite and i also booked through hotels.com. He just checked me in, gave me keys and asked if i had any questions. No hi what brings you here, thanks for staying with us etc. The room only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth, the shower head needs replacing - tub water pressure was high but turned on shower and it had very weak pressure, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The gentleman, in the morning, that checked us out was very friendly.
