The ratings for this property were very misleading, most likely because I suspect there has been a change in ownership in the past year or two. The fixtures were clean, but very outdated. The bed needed the mattress updated, and the towels were very old/used/scratchy/worn out/stained. We exchanged the worst set of towels at the front desk and he brought us others that were at least not stained, but were still quite old and worn. The second day of our visit, we were going to be out all day and asked them to clean the tub drain so that we could shower without having the water back up to a depth of 4+". Someone came in and serviced the room and took the tip I left, but the bath/shower was no better the next day. :(

The hotel was in really good shape. The AC worked well and was quite. Everything was clean and in good repair. A really nice place for the price!

Two main issues - it was 94 outside and they had the AC in the room turned off so it was 93 in the room and took until midnight to cool it off - just leave the AC set at 80 or go turn it down when you know a room is rented for the night. Second was the mattress pad (we called them urine pads for our kids) that was between the sheet and the mattress cover. Overall ok for the money but doubt we will stay there again

Decent room

The room was nice and large which was nice as we had 3 adults and 2 kids, the desk staff were very friendly. We did not eat at the breakfast as it was minimal but not bad.

Pretty nice

We just stopped in for one night on a road trip. It was easy to get in and out, the parking lot had some good shade (huge relief in the heat wave), and both staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Wifi and tv both worked well, breakfast was pretty average.

Poorly maintained property.

This hotel was reasonably priced with good reviews so we booked it. There was no elevator so had to carry our heavy suitcases upstairs. The room is poorly maintained. There was a terrible sewer odor coming from the sink despite running hot water down it. The sofa was dirty and broken down, with boards sticking through the upholstery in the back. One of the lamps had the bulb hanging to the side with a melted spot on the shade. Outlet next to the sink didn’t work so it was a good thing I didn’t need the hairdryer. The towels were very small and rough. Bed was ok.

The air was not on when we entered in the room. There was hair in the shower and the slip resistant shower mat appears to have something growing under it. The door on the microwave is cracked. The walls could use a paint job. The pictures online far exceed the reality of the room we stayed in. An 8.6 rating is gilding the Lilly…. The lobby is the lipstick that was slapped on the pig.
